Pursuing flight training in Canada is advantageous in many ways. Candidates will receive an ICAO standard Commercial Pilots License upon successful completion of the program with Multi-Engine/IFR privileges. Candidates will also have the option to convert to a FAA licenses if required.

Please refer to all terms and conditions given in the website. After receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), it is your responsibility to adhere to all given terms and conditions. You will be bound to follow all Canadian Laws and regulations strictly. In case of any violation, we will not be able to assist you for any consequences.
Our selection process is designed to intake only the highest standard of cadets who possess Good character, Medical Fitness, Financial stability, Educational qualifications and fluency of the English language.
Applicants must provide the following for consideration:
- Proof of Category 1 Medical – find a Medical Examiner here
- IELTS results – minimum IELTS score of 6.
- High school transcript
- Passport copy, Full Home Address, contact number, e-mail address, Emergency contact Name, address and contact number, height and weight.
- A written statement explaining why Spectrum Airways is their preferred choice (within application).
- We will complete your International Student Program (ISP) Application to get a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from Spectrum.
- We will send you Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) to apply for your Canadian Study Permit via IRCC Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on the link below. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-how.asp
- Proof of Payment for first term installment $20,000, upon acceptance and before commence of Flight training, and rest amount on the beginning of each term.
- Term 1:$20,000, Term 2:$20,000, Term 3:$20,000, Term 4: $10,000, Term 5:$10,000.
Notification and Start Dates:
- Applicants who meet all requirements will be considered for acceptance, but acceptance is not guaranteed.
- International Student Program (ISP) Application fee CA$1000 is non-refundable.
- Selected candidates will be notified by the specified dates for each intake period.
- Accepted students will commence their training on the designated start date.
- You may be eligible for a Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) once you successfully complete your program.

Letter of Acceptance (LOA) fee is CA $66.37+TAX ($8.63) = CA $75.00 + CA $100 .00 Service fee for completing application and the require formalities + (ISP) Application fee CA$1000 (to spectrum Airways). Total CA $ 1175.00 is Non-refundable and is to be remitted to Aviators Aviation Inc. Canada.
Aviators Aviation Inc. Canada assists in the following services with the minimum cost of $3500.00 USD per candidate, and is to be remitted to Aviators Aviation Inc. Canada, before we send you Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) for visa processing.
We do not assist in Visa Application. Please apply to the Canadian Embassy or Consulate that is located closest to you http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/studyhow.asp. While we cannot guarantee granting of the Visa, as the final decision will rest with the Canadian Government, our assistance may help and carries weight, as a Canadian Flight School Organization.
Aviators Aviation Inc. Canada, Services Consist on the Following
- Assisting in gaining the letter of acceptance from the Flight Academy, and complete the formalities, paperwork etc. Please provide accurate information to ensure a smooth departure for the student.
- We shall arrange initial accommodation at student’s cost, close to the Flight academy, payable in advance.
- We will Meet and Assist on arrival, with transportation from Airport to the residence.
- Next day of arrival, we shall escort the student to the Flight Academy, and assist in finalizing all initial formalities and arrangements with the Flying Center.
- Assist in getting Medical Examination, at Student cost.
- Assist in getting English required proficiency test at Student cost designated learning institution.
- As the duration of the training as a Professional Pilot could be between 08 to 10 months or longer depending on the caliber of the student and vagaries of the weather. we shall assist in finding living accommodation for the students close to the Flight Academy.
- A One-bedroom basement apartment may be arranged within the cost of CAD 900 to CAD1300 per month inclusive of appliances such as Fridge Cooking-range and laundry except utilities bills and applicable taxes.
- Free Transportation will be provided for the first 5 days a trip and later at a minimum cost of CAD 80.00 per student to and From the Flight Academy.
- Assist to make appropriate arrangements for transportation for the student.
- Assist in getting the Canadian G1Driving License on student cost ,as per Ontario Requirement, Candidate must bring their home country driving license and letter of authentication from home country driving license office confirming Driving license number and driver name, address and age.
- Assist in getting “Off-school ground training” with minimum cost if any student feels they requires it.
- Assist in getting Medical Insurance if desired on student’s cost.
- Track the performance of the student and liaise with the Flight Academy if any additional assistance is need to the Student related to Flight training.
- Always be available for consultancy and to assist the student in any need in training throughout their stay during the flight training period.
- Assist in the Conversion of License Procedure, according to the desired country’s aviation regulations with appropriate cost.
- Drop off the student at the Airport after completion of the successful training and becoming a Licensed Commercial Pilot.
